    - 1 serving of Strawberry Banana Pre/Post Workout Formula & Meal Replacement
 
    - 1 cup fresh strawberries
 
    - 1 ripe banana
 
    - ½ cup fresh blueberries
 
    - 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
 
    - Ice cubes (optional)
